This wonderful young woman of 24 years went from 63kg to 58kg in 6 months, then we stabilized her weight.

My own transformation,± 7kg in 4 years

In 2016 (with the orange bra), I started weight training after losing a lot of fat by rebalancing my diet and training in the form of circuit training.In 2020 (far right), after 4 years of weight training and balanced diet. I also participated in Bikini (bodybuilding) competitions and therefore went through several phases of “mass gain” and dry alternately.
